Ricky Morris Diggs, 69, of Crowell, passed away Thursday morning, October 8 ^th at his home.

Ricky was born in Crowell on May 9, 1951, to Morris and Murial White Diggs.  He married Jackie Cary on June 6, 1979 in Crowell.  Ricky was a resident of Foard County most of his life; he was a member of the Margaret Methodist Church; and enjoyed the cowboy way of life.

Survivors include his wife Jackie Diggs of the home; a daughter, Brandi Abbott of Palestine, Texas; 2 step daughters, Candice Bond and Starrla Bond of Whitehouse, Texas; and 2 granddaughters, Miranda Swain and Kennedi Swain of Grand Saline, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Larue Cates.

He will be buried at the Crowell Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Crowell.
