Nita Rochelle, 90 of Crowell, Texas died on Sunday, October 4, 2020, in Crowell, Texas.

Graveside service will be Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 11:00 am at Paducah Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home, Vernon, Texas

Nita was born Wednesday, August 13, 1930 in Sweringer, Texas, she was the daughter of the late James F. Maxey and the late Myrtle Downes Maxey. She married William (Doug) Rochelle in the 1950's he preceded her in death November of 1999. She was a secretary in the Bay area for McKesson. She was a member of Baptist Church in Comfort, Texas. She was a homemaker.

Nita is survived by two nephews, Randy Wesley (Sharon) of Paducah, Texas, and Greg Werley of Paducah, Texas, one niece Donna Roberts of Paducah, Texas. one step-daughter Debra Vigil of California.

She is preceded in death by her husband Doug Rochelle and a son Melvin Rochelle. Several brothers and sisters.
