Mary Anne Myers Dedek , 77, of Crowell, Texas, died Wednesday, January 23 ^rd in Amarillo, Texas, after a brief battle with cancer.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 28, 2019, at the First Baptist Church in Crowell.  Rev. Chris McLain and Rev. Ron Fox will officiate.  Interment will follow at Crowell Cemetery under direction of Womack Manard Funeral Home.

Mary Anne was born November 28, 1941, in Crowell, to Marvin Lee and Peggy Pauline (Cooper) Myers.  She was a graduate of Crowell High School, and attended West Texas State University.  She married Bill Dedek on December 23, 1961, in Foard County, Texas.  They moved to Plainview in 1964, but returned to Crowell in 1998.  She was a wonderful wife, mother, and daughter.

She is survived by her husband, Bill, of Crowell; one daughter, Tracy Dedek, of Plainview; one son, Billy (Melanie) Dedek, of Amarillo; and 2 grandsons, Jackson and Jeremy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Peggy Cooper Myers.
