Martha Ann Woodard passed away Friday, August 28, 2026, in Quanah, Texas. A funeral service is planned for Thursday, September 3, at Bethel Church in Crowell. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Crowell Cemetery.

Martha was born March 6, 1951, in Lamesa, Texas, to John Curtis and Dona Jane (Anderton) Pryor. She married Roger Dale Woodard on November 6, 1974, in Crowell, Texas.

Martha worked as an aide with Outreach Home Health and was a member of Bethel Church. She loved watching true crime shows and Court TV, as well as reading books. Martha was a devoted caregiver who especially enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports. She also enjoyed bird watching, cross-stitching, and spending time on her computer.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Morcom and James of Crowell; granddaughter, Stacy Ann Morcom; great-grandchildren, Jeslyn Lee-Morcom, Aaliyah Hartwell, Zurayah Martin, and Kasheh Morcom; brother, JW Pryor; and sister, Ruth Teal.

The family suggests memorials be made to Bethel Church or the American Cancer Society.
