Kenneth Deryl Wilson, 65, passed away Monday, January 2, 2023, at his home in Crowell. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 6th at Crowell Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m., Thursday evening at Smith Funeral Home.

He was born September 10, 1957, to the late Kenneth Warren Wilson and Mary Lou (Denton) Wilson. Deryl was retired but was always willing to lend a hand to a friend in need. If it be said he had a weakness, it was his unconditional love for his daughter, Tiffany, and granddaughter, Savannah, who he adored. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, spending time with his family and friends, and caring for his many animals.

Survivors include a daughter, Tiffany Wilson of Crowell; sisters, Dena Dannelley, and husband Don of Iowa Park and Donna Nickell, and husband George of Ennis; grandchildren, Weston and Savannah; numerous nieces and nephews; and many wonderful friends.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents, Kenneth Warren Wilson and Mary Lou (Denton) Wilson; and a half-brother, Travis Wilson.
