Kenneth Fox passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018, in Crowell, Texas. He was 84.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 28, 2018, at First Baptist Church in Crowell. Interment will follow at Crowell Cemetery under the direction of Womack Manard Funeral Home.  A visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m., Thursday, December 27 ^th at the funeral home.

Kenneth was born September 18, 1934, in Crowell, Texas, to Glen Cecil Fox and Vera Ocie Cates Fox. He graduated from Crowell High School in 1953 and obtained his B.S. in Petroleum Geology from Texas Tech University. He married Marlene Bowers on October 26, 1963 in Pampa, Texas.  She preceded him in death on September 28, 1999.  He was a farmer and rancher, a member of Farmers Co-Op Elevator Board, ASCS Committee, Crowell City Councilman for 26 years, President for over 10 years, and member of Foard County Farm Bureau.  He was appointed by Gov. George Bush to the COG Regional Review Committee in Wichita Falls, and served 20 years as the Republican County Chairman in Foard County.

Kenneth is survived by 1 son: Taylor, and wife, Dr. Jocelyn Fox, of Crowell; 1 sister: Shirley Demick of Las Vegas, Nevada; 1 niece, 1 nephew, and several great nieces and nephews.
