George Anne (Abbott) Foster, 62, of Crowell, Texas, was called home to be with our Lord and Savior on Friday, July 4, 2025. She is the wife of Terry Dale Foster.

Born August 19, 1962, in Odessa, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Sammy Lee Abbott and the late Marlene Ann (Brown) Nauert. George Anne graduated from Benjamin High School in Benjamin, Texas in the spring of 1984. George Anne worked many years in retail. Before COVID, she was also a home care giver for those in need. George Anne was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother.

George Anne is survived by her husband Dale Foster, her children, Kelly Estrada and his wife, Selena, Streeter McCarthy, grandchildren Andres, Isaiah, Dominic, and Ellie, her brother Scotty Abbott and wife, Helene, Brother-in-laws Jerry Foster and Kenny Foster, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 6 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home, 104 Marietta, Crowell, Texas. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the Gilliland Baptist Church in Gilliland, Texas with Pastor Marq Brockett officiating. Interment will be at the Truscott Cemetery in Truscott, Texas.
