Dora Mae "Ms. Pinky" Criss-Lane passed away Monday, April 22nd in Wichita Falls. A funeral service is planned for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the First Baptist Church in Crowell with Pastor Darryl Criss and Rev. Ernest Newman officiating. Interment will follow at Crowell Cemetery.

Ms. Pinky was born July 5, 1938 in Waxahachie, Texas to Alonza Criss and Doralene Bass Criss. She was married to Charlie Lane and he preceded her in death September 5, 1991. She was a homemaker and worked at the Crowell Cap Factory, Crowell Nursing Home, and as a private care giver. She was a member of Bethel Church in Crowell.

Survivors who remain to cherish her memory are her children, Sabrina Kearney, Peggy Dorsey, Charlene Jackson, Darryl Criss, Michael Lane, Paul Lane, Dewan Lane, Jemal Jones-Lane; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Stephen Criss and Larry Criss.
