Brenda Kay Tyree, 57, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020 in Crowell.

Brenda was born June 26, 1962 to Arthur Melvin and Laverne Faye (Doyal) Dishman in Vernon, Texas. She attended school in Crowell, where she was a resident most of her life. In the past, she had worked for Home Health and the Crowell Cap Factory.  She was a member of the Baptist church.

Survivors include her children, Kayla Peterson and husband Cleo, of Hawley, Texas, Kandi Cobb and husband Ben, of Crowell, and Ethan Swearingen and wife Daphanie Colbert of Crowell; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Linda Dishman and Pearl Chapman of Crowell, Earlynn Madewell of Wamego, Kansas, and brother, Dwayne Dishman of Quanah.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Tyree, and daughter Kendra Swearingen.
